At Baby Kingdom, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. If a garment isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the clothing is in its original, unwashed condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
